Gorgeous antique sterling silver vanity jar, with cut glass bottom.

The silver lid has an exquisite embossed repousse raised ROSES design with a beautiful amethyst color gem stone like ( may be colored glass) very beautiful and unique!

The condition is wonderful as can be seen in the images, with one tiny nick on the purple glass top and there is a shallow flack and nibbles along the edge on the glass lip-not seen when the lid is on, otherwise just fine.

It stands a tad over 1 inch high (with the top) and is almost 1 -1/4 inches across the bottom. Its marked on the collar of the sterling silver lid F & B Sterling 1036.
