DESCRIPTION
Just over 30 years ago, Highland Park's master distiller decided to lay down the casks that would go on to become the heart of this incredible whisky and over these three decades, the results are simply staggering! Another complex beast with gentle smoke notes combining wonderfully with lighter sweeter flavours. A whisky which has won many an award and sits at the top of many connoisseurs wish lists!

Highland Park 30 Years (Bot. 2007) Tasting Notes
Now in its new flat livery and coming in a wooden box – we hope that like at Ikea’s, it does not come from intact natural forests ;-). Colour: full gold. Nose: almost exactly the same whisky as the ‘2006’, with maybe just a little more sherry but that may well be only an impression. Great nose. Mouth: exactly the same whisky as the 2006 version. No need for further comments... SGP:553 - 91 points.
